Taco Bell, Escalations and Castle Crashers

10 09 2008

Welcome back to the secret life of a guy in Seattle

I spent all of last night after work playing Castle Crashers, if you haven’t experienced this great game for XBOX 360 make sure to go out and get it now!! It’s very much like a side scrolling beat’em up meets an RPG. You build up stats for you knight as you adventure around trying to save all the princesses. I played with two other friends over the internet and it was an amazingly good time. Find me XBOX live with TheRobobinator gamertag.

Work has been crazy with all the outages. It seems like everything breaks all at the same time and everybody gets pissed. Working until 11pm sucks so much.

Taco Bell always sounds great until you actually eat it. I am always sold on the consumer stand point of how well the food looks but I know it will taste like complete crap. I mean even in commercials they use motor oil for chocolate syrup or icecream for mash potatoes (or was it the other way around?) anyways…the lesson is never trust what you see on the surface cause it may taste like crap.

Hopefully this turns into a daily blog thing even with topics or ideas more then just random thoughts that pop into my head or get pooped into a toliet.

On that note I will see you all next time

Blogging Homework:

1. Get a twitter account http://www.twitter.com
2. Find me on twitter jessie2point0
3. Make a friendfeed account and hook everything to it (facebook, twitter, blog, etc …)
4. make sure to get the friendfeed app for facebook – then your blog and twitter posts will also show up on your facebook
5. find blogs you like and comment on them and make sure to list your blog url in the “website” part – most people will track back and read your site
6. Listen to lots of podcasts and comment on their sites or send in audio comments – people will pimp you if they know you

I think that’s it for now. :-)
